Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik a vývoj obecní policie v novodobých dějinách, ale zmiňuje se také o předchůdcích policejních sborů ve starověku. Dále pojednává o povinnostech a oprávnění strážníků a stručně charakterizuje zákon 553/1991 Sb. Je zde uvedena historie Městské policie v Chlumci nad Cidlinou. Popisuje vybavení a výcvik strážníků a podrobně rozebírá jejich činnosti.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis talks about the inception and the progression of a municipal police in modern history, but it also mentions the ancestors of the police force in antiquity. It also deals with police officer´s obligations and competence and briefly defines the law 553/1991 Coll. There is also introduced the history of Chlumce nad Cidlinou municipal police in this thesis.
