Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu zásobovací logistiky ve firmě The Sea Bean a návrhem vhodných opatření vedoucích k zefektivnění zásobování podniku. Výběr optimální varianty je proveden pomocí metody TOPSIS a WSA.
Abstract:
The master thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of supply logistics at The Sea Bean and proposal of suitable measures leading to a more efficient supply of the company. Choosing the optimal variation is done using the TOPSIS and WSA methods.
