Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní angažovaností a jejími vztahy s dalšími proměnnými – učitelským závazkem, rovnováhou mezi pracovním a osobním životem a pohledem učitelů na výuku kreativity. The diploma thesis focuses on work engagement and its relationship with selected variables – teacher commitment, work-life balance and the need for fostering creativity in the classroom. In the theoretical part of the thesis we describe our variables and we also cover major principles of Waldorf education.
