Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se v první kapitole seznámíme s problematikou nádorových onemocnění a potřebou predikce. Dále se věnujeme porovnávání různých prediktiv-ních modelů pro nádorová onemocnění. Jsou to statistické prediktivní modely, které jsou založeny na základním APC konceptu, ale také predikce založená na dekompozici časové řady a její prodloužení do budoucnosti. Cílem této práce je prověřit vlastnosti vybraných alternativních algoritmů pro rozklad časových řad na jednotlivé standardní složky. Práce vychází z české i cizojazyčné literatury, která je uvedena na konci textu, a také z vlastní zkušenosti modelování pomocí časových řad. Incidenční časové řady vybraných nádorových onemocnění vychází z reálných údajů zaznamenávaných Národním onkologickým registrem od roku 1977 až 2008.

Abstract:

In this thesis, in the first chapter, learn about the issues of cancer and the need for prediction. Furthermore, we compare different predictive models for cancer. They are statistical predictive models that are based on the fundamental of the APC concept and the prediction based on the decomposition of time series and its extension into the future. The aim of this work is to examine the behavior of alternative algorithms for the decomposition of time series on each standard component. The work is based on the Czech and foreign language literature, which is listed at the end of the text, and also from my own experience with modeling of time series. Time series of incidence of selected cancers based on real data recorded by the National Cancer Registry from 1977 to 2008.
