Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou partnerství a sexuálních vztahů, které se týkají osob s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část se věnuje klasifikaci dětské mozkové obrny, příčinám, které mohou vést k jejímu vzniku, terapeutickým metodám, jež se při práci s dětmi s DMO využívají a také důsledky, které může dětská mozková obrna mít, a to jak ve fyzické, tak v psychické oblasti. Tyto důsledky se potom promítají do partnerského života a sexuality, což jsou hlavní témata bakalářské práce. Výzkumné šetření se zaměřuje na konkrétní problémy, se kterým se lidé s DMO v oblasti partnerských a sexuálních vztahů setkávají, a vychází z rozhovorů, které byly s osobami s dětskou mozkovou obrnou provedeny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problems in partner and sexual life of the people with poliomyelitis. The theoretical part follows the classification of poliomyelitis, the causes for its development, therapeutic methods that are used when working with the children with poliomyelitis and it also shows some of the effects that polio can have either on physical or psychological parts of life. These effects are projected in partner life and sexuality, which are the main parts of the thesis. The research focuses on the real problems in partner and sexual relationships that people with polio have to solve and it is based on the interviews that were made with these people.
