Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem těhotenství v případě život limitující vady u plodu. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se věnuje těhotenství a vývoji plodu. Obsahuje základní informace o péči v těhotenství, screeningu vrozených vývojových vad, invazivních a neinvazivních metodách prenatální diagnostiky a popisuje základní život limitující vady u plodu. Dále se věnuje psychice ženy, lidským potřebám, oznámením diagnózy o život limitující vadě a rozhodnutí o pokračování těhotenství. Mapuje též úlohu porodní asistentky při oznámení diagnózy a rozhodnutí o pokračování těhotenství. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumného šetření se účastnila jedna participantka, která se rozhodla donosit a porodit dítě s život limitující vadou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou prožitky a bio-psycho-sociální a spi-rituální potřeby ženy v těhotenství s diagnózou život limitující vady u plodu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the course of pregnancy in the case of a lethal fetal diagnosis. The paper is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the topic of pregnancy and fetal development. It contains basic information about pregnancy care, screening for congenital malformations, invasive and non-invasive methods of prenatal diagnosis and describes the basic lethal fetal diagnosis. It also deals with the woman's psyche, human needs, the announcement of a lethal fetal diagnosis and the decision to continue the pregnancy. It also maps the role of the midwife in announcing the diagnosis and deciding whether to continue the pregnancy. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is processed in the form of qualitative research. One participant, who decided to give birth to a child with a lethal fetal diagnosis, participated in the survey. The aim of this work is to find out what are the experiences and bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of a woman in pregnancy with a lethal fetal diagnosis.
