Abstract:
Práce pojednává o přípravném řízení, které je prvním stádiem celého trestního řízení. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na přípravné řízení, jeho formy, subjekty trestního řízení a odklony v trestním řízení. To vše v rovině teoretické i praktické.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the preparatory proceedings, which is the first stage of the entire criminal proceedings. The thesis provides a comprehensive view of the preparatory proceedings, its forms, individual stages, subjects of criminal proceedings and diversions in criminal proceedings. All this on a theoretical and practical level.
