The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce New Zealand as well as M?ori culture especially in connection with primary cultural concepts upon which M?ori culture is based. Cílem této bakalářské práce je představení Nového Zélandu stejně jako maorské kultury obzvláště v souvislosti se základními kulturními koncepty, na kterých je založena. Úkolem práce je také najít propojení mezi maorskou kulturou a přírodním dědictím Nového Zélandu a charakterizovat přístup Maorů k přírodě a jejich roli v ochraně a udržování přírodního dědictví Nového Zélandu.
