Pricing policy in the enterprise

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Cenová politika v podniku“ je analýza postupů a metod využívaných v podniku při určování cenové politiky a stanovování ceny. V první části je práce zaměřena na obecné postupy a metody cenové politiky. V praktické části jsou postupy aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. V závěru práce jsou popsány závěry analýzy a konkretizována doporučení pro daný podnik, která změnou cenové politiky povedou k úspěšnějšímu naplňování cílů podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis titled „Pricing policy in the enterprise“ is a analysis of pricing and pricing policy in a business unit. The target is to analyze a pricing policy and at the same time to find possibilities of change in this field and identify opportunities on the market. The first part of the work is focused on general methods and characteristics of the pricing policy analysis. In the applied part of the work there are principles of the analysis used for a specific company. The close part of the work shows conclusions of the analysis. It gives particular recommendations for the business unit for utilization pricing policy changes.
