Cílem této práce je identifikace příčin genderové diskriminace na trhu práce. K dosažení tohoto cíle bude v práci použito několik metod. The aim of this paper is to identify the causes of gender discrimination in the labour market. Several methods will be used to achieve this goal. An academic literature review, analysis of secondary data (time series, comparisons) and research in the form of a questionnaire.
