Cílem této diplomové práce je přinést nové poznatky z oblasti trestné činnosti v silniční dopravě a zaměřit se na jednání podvodného charakteru v silniční dopravě. Práce je věnována třem trestným činům, kterými jsou manipulace s tachografem, manipulace s počítadlem ujeté vzdálenosti a pojistný podvod. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to bring new knowledge in the field of criminal activity in road transport and to focus on acts of a fraudulent nature in road transport. The work is dedicated to three crimes, which are manipulation of the tachograph, manipulation of the distance meter and insurance fraud.
