Abstract:
Nastínit problematiku kriminality spojenou s prostitucí a její potírání z hlediska praxe považuji za jeden z několika cílů mé bakalářské práce. Zároveň chci poukázat na vývoj a současný stav právní úpravy prostituce u nás a na dosud nepřijatý, tolik diskutovaný a kontroverzní návrh zákona o regulaci prostituce. Prostitution from the juristic and criminological point of view. The Women and the Prostitution. It´s a problem, that many women working as prostitutes or plan on working for a short period as prostitutes in Czech Republic.
