Cooperation of the Children´s Home and School in moral education of children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice spolupráce mezi školou a dětským domovem při působení na morální vývoj dětí pobývajících v této institucionální péči. V teoretické části práce je pojednáno o morálním vývoji dětí a možnostech vlivu pedagogů na rozvoj této složky osobnosti dítěte. Popsána je též problematika dětských domovů, se zřetelem na vliv těchto zařízení na morální vývoj dětí. V praktické části je popsán kvantitativní průzkum, jehož cílem byla analýza stavu vzájemné spolupráce mezi dětskými domovy a učiteli, kteří ve svých třídách běžně učí děti z dětských domovů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 40 učitelů ze základních škol v Liberci a Velkém Šenově. Prostřednictvím dotazníku vytvořeného pro účely práce bylo zkoumáno, jakým způsobem je realizována konkrétní spolupráce, co je jejím obsahem a jak tuto spolupráci respondenti průzkumu hodnotí. Součástí práce je i doporučení zaměřené na zvýšení efektivity spolupůsobení těchto dvou institucí na morální vývoj dětí z dětských domovů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between the school and the children's home at the time of action on the moral development of children residing in this institutional care. In the theoretical part of the thesis is discussed about the moral development of children and the possibilities of the influence of teachers on the development of this component of the child's personality. Described is also the issue of children's homes, with regard to the impact of these institution on the moral development of children. In the practical part is described a quantitative research whose aim was to analyse the state of cooperation between children's homes and teachers who in their classes usually teach children from children's homes. The research sample consisted of 40 teachers from primary schools in Liberec and Velký Šenov. Through a questionnaire created for the purpose of the work was examined, how it is implemented the specific cooperation, what is its content and how this cooperation of the survey respondents is evaluated. Part of the work is the recommendations focus on increasing the efficiency of the interaction of these two institutions on the moral development of children from children's homes.
