Tato práce se zabývá nejčastěji používanými technologickými způsoby zpracování ovoce, pocházejícího z extenzivních sadů. Popisuje vhodnost využití těchto způsobů u jednotlivých pěstovaných ovocných druhů v mimoprodukčním ovocnictví. This work deals with the most frequently used technological methods of fruit processing originating from extensive orchards. It describes the suitability of the use of these methods for individual cultivated fruit species in non-productive fruit growing.
