Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit se s jednotlivými kroky a postupy restrukturalizace v české chemické výrobní společnosti Druchema, která představuje jednoho z tradičních výrobců spotřební chemie již od roku 1951. Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristikou podniku před a po restrukturalizaci. Samotný ozdravný proces je pak rozdělen do čtyř fází -- přípravné, nástinu kroků, ozdravné a rozvojové. Součástí …more
Abstract:
The thesis describes various steps and processes of restructuring in the Czech chemical manufacturing company Druchema, which is one of the traditional manufacturers of consumer chemistry since 1951. The thesis focuses on the characteristics of the business before and after the restructuralization.
