Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kolektivních smluv, kolektivního vyjednávání a rozborem konkrétních kolektivních smluv v praxi. V úvodní teoretické části bakalářské práce je podrobněji objasněna jejich právní úprava. Praktická část je věnována analýze kolektivních smluv různých společností, kde působí odborová organizace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals collective agreements problem, collective bargaining and concrete union contracts analysis in practice. Their legal form is closely clarified in a preamble of the bachelor thesis. The practical part is about collective agreements analysis of varied companies where trade union acts.
