Konkursní řízení a jeho účetní a daňové dopady na firmu Cihelna s.r.o.

Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je popsat postup správce konkurzní podstaty v případě nesoučinnosti úpadce a nepředání účetních dokladů s poukázáním na složitost a časovou náročnost tohoto procesu. Uvedený případ ve své práci hodnotím jak po stránce účetní, tak i po stránce daňové.
Abstract:
The aim of my work is to describe a procedure of the trustee in case of no- cooperation of the bankrupt and a failure to hand over bookkeeping documents with pointing out the complicatedness and time-demand of this process. Here stated example in my work I evaluate from the point of view of accountancy as well as fiscal.
