Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nemocenským pojištěním v České republice. Věnuje se problematice zákona č. 187/2006 Sb., o nemocenském pojištění účinném v rok 2010. Především popisuje podmínky vzniku a zániku tohoto pojištění, druhy nemocenských dávek, vyměřovací základy pro výpočet nemocenských dávek a posuzování zdravotního stavu pro účely pojištění. This bachelor thesis deals with the health insurance in the Czech Republic, especially Act No. 187/2006 Coll. on health insurance. In particular, it describes the conditions of occurence and extinguishment of the insurance, kinds of sick benefits, assessed bases of sick benefits and health state assessment for insurance purpose.
