Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vybrané manažerské dovednosti a vyhodnocuje míru jejich zastoupení u managementu vybrané firmy. Analýza manažerských dovedností realizovaná dotazníkovým šetřením využívá k dosažení výsledků sebehodnocení managementu, které s pomocí srovnávací metody konfrontuje s hodnocením zaměstnanců. The bachelor thesis focuses on selected managerial skills and evaluates the degree of their representation in the management of a selected company. The analysis of managerial skills carried out by a questionnaire survey uses management self-evaluation to achieve the results, which it confronts with the evaluation of employees with the help of a comparative method.
