Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnotovým řetězcem v podniku, který se zabývá prodejem, vývojem a následným servisem tepelných čerpadel. S využitím deskriptivní analýzy, matematických metod a metody botton-up jsou detailně analyzovány a vyhodnoceny jednotlivé složky hodnotového řetězce z pohledu jejich vlivu na efektivnost produkčního procesu ve vybrané firmě. Na základě získaných výstupů bylo navrženo snížení nákladů ve vstupní logistice, ve mzdových nákladech, a zvýšení motivace pracovníků při zachování finálních cen výrobků na úkor zvyšování vstupních cen energií.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the value chain in the company, which deals with the sale, development and subsequent service of heat pumps, using descriptive analysis, mathematical methods and botton-up are analyzed in detail and evaluated individual components of the value chain in terms of their impact on the efficiency of the production process in the selected company. Primary and secondary activities were also analyzed. Based on the obtained outputs, it was proposed to reduce costs in input logistics, in labor costs, and increase employee motivation. While maintaining the same product prices while increasing energy input prices.
