Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní regulací selektivních spotřebních daní. Selektivní spotřební daně neboli akcízy jsou historicky nejdůležitější nepřímé daně, tvořící v příjmech státního rozpočtu velice významnou kapitolu. Selektivní spotřební daně jsou v rámci daňového systému na úrovni Evropské unie nejvíce harmonizovány, vzhledem k jejich významné fiskální funkci a dále o nic méně významné funkci …more
Abstract:
The aims of this diploma work are to describe Czech legal regulation of excise duties and to evaluate the level of harmonization with the legislation of European Communities.
