Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme vývoji trhu s nemovitostmi, kde sledujeme časové období od počátku našeho století do současnosti. Kromě zkoumání různých cenových indexů se zabýváme i tématy, které se týkají velikosti rezidenčních investic nebo kapitálu v bydlení.
