The Development of the Children´s Imagination when Listening to Music

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je ukázat některé možné poslechové hudební činnosti, prostřednictvím kterých děti seznamujeme s hudebními vyjadřovacími prostředky a připravujeme je na aktivní poslech hudby. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první, teoretické části se v několika kapitolách pojednává o vzájemném vztahu hudby a fantazie, o hudbě samotné, o jejím vzniku a počátcích hudebního projevu, o tom, co nám hudba sděluje a jak hudbu poslouchat a chápat. V dalších kapitolách se seznamujeme s úlohou hudby v životě a vývoji dítěte, zabýváme se výběrem poslechových skladeb pro děti a praktickými hudebními činnostmi spojenými s poslechem hudby. V druhé, praktické části se popisuje opět v několika kapitolách a podkapitolách práce s dětmi ? seznamování se zvuky hudebními a nehudebními, práce při jednotlivých poslechových činnostech (pěveckých, instrumentálních a pohybových), které připravují děti na setkání s hudbou jako emotivním sdělením. Součástí celé práce jsou i obrazové přílohy, ukazující tvořivost dětí při uvedených hudebních činnostech, a fotografie, dokumentující práci s dětmi.

Abstract:

The topic of my Bachelor Thesis is to show some possible listening musical activities through which children are acquainted with the musical means of expression and are being prepared for the active listening of music. The whole work is divided into two main parts. The first, the theoretical part, in several chapters, deals with mutual interrelation of music and imagination, with the music itself, with its origins and beginnings of musical expression, with what music tells us and how to listen to music and understand it. The subsequent chapters are familiar with the role of music in life and child development, deal with the selection of audio tracks for children and practical musical activities involving the listening of music. The second, the practical part, again in a few chapters and subchapters, describes the work with children ? familiarization with either musical or unmusical tones, the work in various listening activities (choral, instrumental and movement) which prepare children to meet with music as emotional communication. The part of this work also forms the illustrated supplements showing children`s creativity during these mentioned musical activities and the photos documenting the work with children.
