The Czech and the Polish contract of employment.
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám vznikem pracovního poměru a porovnáním pracovních smluv České republiky a Polska. V práci je porovnána jak stylistická forma pracovních smluv obou států, tak zejména obsahové náležitosti pracovních smluv v České republice a Polsku. Práce je doplněna o česko-polský a polsko-český slovník s nejzásadnějšími pojmy vyskytující se v pracovních smlouvách.
Abstract:
The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the inception of employment and to compare contract of employment from the Czech republic to the Polish one. The thesis compares stylistic form of contracts of employment from both countries and is focused particulary on the content of these contracts.
