Abstract:

Diplomová práce navazuje na projekt Ikspírijens bez bariér… aneb my si rozumíme, který vznikl na podkladně studijního zaměření členek organizátorského týmu. Propojením mladých lidí s poruchami chování a jejich vrstevníků s poruchami sluchu tedy vznikl projekt, jehož cílem je podpora vzájemné komunikace mezi mladými lidmi a tím snaha o začlenění jedinců s omezenými možnostmi do společnosti. Dát mladým lidem s určitým znevýhodněním pocit sounáležitosti s vrstevníky a pocit normality, který v běžném životě nezažívají. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat přípravu a realizaci projektu s ohledem na účastníky se sluchovým postižením. Jedním z dílčích cílů bude také zmapovat, zda jsou schopny dvě zcela odlišné cílové skupiny mezi sebou navázat kontakt a přátelství. Dalším dílčím cílem je zpracování reflexe účastníků a organizátorů všech stran, podílejících se na projektu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První a druhá kapitola obsahují teoretické podklady týkající se problematiky sluchového postižení a poruch chování. Je zde uveden i náhled do teorie zážitkové pedagogiky, která přibližuje metodu práce využitou při popisovaném projektu. Úvod do těchto odvětví je velice důležitý vzhledem k zaměření projektu. Další dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány praktické části. Ve třetí kapitole je popisován samotný projekt a čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá realizací projektu. Ukáže také dopad a výsledek projektu, ze kterého plyne doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is based on the project Experience without barriers ... we understand each other, which was organized on the base of the field of study of the team leaders. The project came into being by connecting young people with behavioural disorders and their peers with hearing problems. The aim of the project is to promote communication among young people and support the integration of individuals with limited opportunities into society. The goal is to give young handicapped people a sense of solidarity with their peers and a sense of normality which they do not experience in their everyday lives. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the preparation and implementation of the project with respect to participants with hearing impairments. The study is also focused on answering the question whether two completely different target groups will be able to establish mutual contact and friendship. Another aim is to describe the reflection of the participants and leaders of all parties involved in the project. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first and second chapters contain theoretical background on the issue of hearing impairments and behavioural disorders. In this section there is also presented the insight into the theory of experiential learning which explains the method of work employed during the project. The introduction to these topics is very important because of the character of the project. The next two chapters are devoted to the practical part. The third chapter covers the description of the project itself including theoretical information, and the fourth chapter deals with the implementation of the project. It will also show the impact and outcome of the project which means the recommendations for practice.
