Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit faktory ovlivňující rozdíl v odměňování žen a mužů v České republice a ve Švýcarské konfederaci a navrhnout možná doporučení pro zlepšení podmínek žen na trhu práce a snížení genderových mzdových rozdílů. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the factors influencing the gender pay gap in the Czech Republic and the Swiss Confederation and to propose possible recommendations for improving the women’s labour market conditions and reducing the gender pay gap.
