Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními vztahy - konflikty na pracovišti. V první části se práce zabývá, s jakými konflikty se můžeme na pracovišti setkat a jaký dopad na nás mohou mít. V bakalářské práci budou popsány dané metody a nástroje, které by měly dokázat vyřešit konflikty na pracovišti a mezi zaměstnanci podniků. V druhé části bakalářské práce je provedena analýza a zhodnocení aktuálního stavu na pracovištích. Budou navržena a doporučená má řešení a pohled na aktuální situaci a daný problém. Zhodnocení aktuálního stavu sociálních konfliktů na pracovišti bude probíhat ve zvoleném podniku. Provedeny jsou návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení aktuálních problémů na pracovišti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stavu sociálních konfliktů na pracovišti a stanovení návrhů a doporučení pro jejich zlepšení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with social relations - conflicts in the workplace. The first part deals with what conflicts we may encounter in the workplace and what impact they may have on us. The bachelor's thesis will describe the methods and tools that should be able to resolve conflicts in the workplace and between employees of companies. In the second part of the bachelor's thesis, an analysis and evaluation of the current state at workplaces is performed. They will be designed and recommended to have a solution and perspective on the current situation and the problem. The evaluation of the current state of social conflicts in the workplace will take place in the selected company. Suggestions and recommendations for improving current problems in the workplace are made. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the state of social conflicts in the workplace and to determine proposals and recommendations for their improvement.
