Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se týká veřejného zdravotního pojištění se zaměřením na cizince zahrnuté do českého systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění. V této práci se také budu věnovat legislativě a podmínkám pro začlenění cizinců do systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Cílem je zjistit, jaký vliv mají cizinci na saldo veřejného zdravotního pojištění pomocí srovnání výše odvodů a nákladů na cizince za roky 2019 a 2021. Po provedení analýzy lze dospět k závěru, že je výhodné začlenit tuto zákonem stanovenou skupinu do systému, jelikož tempo růstu jejich odvodů je mírně rychlejší než výdaje vydané na tyto cizince.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concerns public health insurance with a focus on foreigners included in the Czech public health insurance system. In this thesis I will also discuss the legislation and conditions for the inclusion of foreigners in the public health insurance system. The aim is to find out what effect foreigners have on the balance of the public health insurance system by comparing the amount of contributions and expenditures on foreigners for the years 2019 and 2021. After the analysis, it can be concluded that it is beneficial to include this legally established group in the system, since the growth rate of their contributions is slightly faster than the expenditures issued on these foreigners.
