The role of influencers in marketing communication of tourism businesses on Instagram

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem travel influencerů na uživatele sociálních sítí, především Instagramu. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňují rozhodování jejich sledujících, čím a k čemu je inspirují a jakým způsobem jejich vliv využít v rámci marketingové komunikace firem působících v cestovním ruchu. K získání závěrů posloužilo nejenom vyhodnocení dotazníku se 150 respondenty, ale taktéž přímý rozhovor se 3 travel influencery, kteří mají s placenou spoluprací zkušenosti. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu marketingová komunikace a detailní přiblížení fungování sociálních sítí zaměřené na Instagram takovým způsobem, aby to bylo pochopitelné i pro člověka bez jakékoliv zkušenosti. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní principy, kterými by se firmy v cestovním ruchu měly řídit v rámci spolupráce s influencery na Instagramu

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the impact of travel influencers on users of social networks, especially Instagram. The aim was to find out how they influence the decision-making of their followers, how and to what they inspire them, and how to use their influence in the marketing communication of companies operating in tourism. For the evaluation was used not only a questionnaire with 150 respondents, but also face to face interviews with 3 travel influencers who are paid for their services. The theoretical part is written in a way that it is easily understandable to the public without any social media background. This part explains the concept of marketing communication and provides a detailed insight to the functions of social networks with a special focus on Instagram. In the end are formulated specific principles which should be followed by companies in tourism in terms of cooperation with Instagram influencers.
