Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se tematicky zaměřuje na problém sladění rodiny kariéry, a vlivem vzdělání, flexibility a hodnotové struktury. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována situaci žen a jejich možnostem ve vztahu k zaměstnání, zejména problematickému využívání flexibilních úvazků, které napomáhají zlepšit harmonizaci rodiny a kariéry.
