Identity and uniqueness of Slovácko region - winetourism in development of region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se svým obsahem zaměřuje na vybraný segment cestovního ruchu, a to na aktuálně stále vyhledávanější enoturismus neboli vinařský cestovní ruch. Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část prostřednictvím informací z odborných zdrojů představuje základní aspekty a genezi cestovního ruchu. Dále je charakterizován fundament a specifika enoturistiky s navazující deskripcí vinařských stezek. V praktické části je teorie transformována do praxe. Konkrétně se tato část zaměřuje na rozbor a formulaci doporučení z hlediska využití jedinečnosti a zajímavosti Slovácka v rámci enoturistiky. Úvod představuje vybraný region Moravy. Stěžejní druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení enoturistiky Slovácka, dále na problémy a potenciály vinařského turismu a na certifikaci. V navazující části jsou detailněji řešeny potenciály pro nárůst návštěvnosti cyklostezek Slovácka. Řešeny jsou zejména kontroverzní oblasti, jako je alkohol u cyklistů, značení cyklotras a propagace. Další část analyzuje problematiku financování cyklostezek a kooperace příslušných subjektů v této oblasti. Výstupy rozboru jsou shrnuty prostřednictvím analýzy SWOT, ze které jsou následně formulována doporučení pro zlepšení aktuálního stavu s cílem formulovat potenciály pro rozvoj enoturistiky na Slovácku. Závěr práce shrnuje klíčová data a informace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the selected segment of tourism, namely on the increasingly popular enoturism, or wine tourism. All the thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, through expert information, represents the aspects and genesis of tourism. It is also characterized the basis and specifics of enotourism with descriptions of wine paths. In the practical part, the theory is transformed into practice. In the particular part, it focuses on the analysis and formulation of recommendations for increasing the uniqueness and interest of Slovácko ecotourism. Introduction is a selected region of Moravia. The main second chapter is aimed at defining the Slovácko enorhetoric. Further on the problems and potential of wine tourism and certification. In the following part, the potential for increasing the number of visitors to the Slovácko cycling trails is detailed. Controversial areas such as alcohol for cyclists, cycling routes and promotion are solved. The next part analyzes the issue of financing cycling routes and the cooperation of the relevant entities. The analysis outputs are summed up by the SWOT analysis, from which recommendations for improving the current status are formulated. The aim here is to formulate potential for the development of enotourism in Slovácko. The conclusion summarizes key data and information.
