Abstract:

První kapitola objasňuje pojmy s tématem související. Druhá část této práce je věnována historickému vývoji matrik od konce 16. století. Je zde zmíněno období vlády Marie Terezie i jejího syna Josefa II. Taktéž je zde nastíněn vývoj matrik v 19. a 20. století. Třetí kapitola je věnována již samotné právní úpravě. Agenda určování otcovství je objasněna ve čtvrté kapitole a poslední část práce popisuje činnost matričního úřadu v Hradci Králové.

Abstract:

The first chapter contains the terms which are associated with the topic. The second part of this work deals with the historical development of the registry offices since the end of 16th century. The period of the reign of Maria Theresa and also the one of her son Joseph II. are mentionded here. The development of the registry offices in the 19th and 20th century are outlined here as well. The third chapter is dedicated to the laws concerning registry offices. The agenda of paternity determination is clarified in the fourth chapter and the final part of the work describes the activity of the registry office in Hradec Králové.
