Epilepsy and awareness of 2nd primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na informovanost žáků 2. stupně ZŠ a víceletých gymnázií o problematice epilepsie a první pomoci u epileptického záchvatu. Tato práce je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o nemoci epilepsie, její historii, projevech a výskytu. Dalších pět kapitol se věnuje příčině vzniku nemoci, jejímu dělení, diagnostice a léčbě, první pomoci a psychosociálním aspektům nemoci epilepsie. Sedmá kapitola pojednává o zařazení problematiky epilepsie do předmětu výchova ke zdraví. Poslední osmá kapitola je součástí praktické části a vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo na školách v Chocni a Vysokém Mýtě.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on the awareness of pupils at second primary schools and grammar schools on epilepsy and first aid for an epileptic fit. This thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter discusses the disease of epilepsy, its history, manifestations and occurrence. The next five chapters are devoted to the cause of the disease, its classification, diagnosis and treatment, first aid and psychosocial aspects of illness epilepsy. The seventh chapter discusses the inclusion of the issues subject to epilepsy health education. The last eighth chapter is part of the practical and based on the questionnaire survey, which was held in schools in Choceň and Vysoké Mýto.
