The aim of this study was evaluate efficiency of two psychological constructs on dietary habits change. Specifically we focused on comparison of the effect of self-regulatory and motivational factors on decrease in consumption of animal products. Cieľom nášho výskumu bolo posúdiť efektivitu dvoch psychologických konštruktov na zmenu stravovacích návykov. Konkrétne sme sa zamerali na porovnanie vplyvu sebaregulačných a motivačných faktorov na zníženie konzumácie živočíšnych produktov.
