Cílem bakalářské práce je představit politiku nulových sazeb, její historii a vliv na provádění (expanzivní) monetární politiky. V první části práce bude tomuto problému věnována pozornost obecně, druhá část práce se pak zaměří na výši úrokových sazeb a její vliv na vývoj monetární politiky ve Spojených státech během ekonomické krize počínající v roce 2008. The aim of the submitted thesis is to introduce a policy of zero interest rates, its history and its influence on the implementation of (expansionary) monetary policy.
