The establishment and the termination of Divadlo Krajiny

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce Vznik a zánik Divadla Krajiny zkoumá prostředí a podmínky činnosti (a hledá rovněž pojmenování a přehled možností práce) nezávislých divadelních spolků zakládaných absolventy nejrůznějších oborů Divadelní fakulty JAMU. Tento proces je demonstrován na případu založení Divadla Krajiny, na provozování jeho činnosti, podmínkách práce divadla po dobu jednoho roku. Práce posléze sleduje ukončení uměleckých snah tohoto neziskového divadla. Zkoumání je podrobeno i prostředí a historie místa, kde Divadlo Krajiny působilo – Staré Brno – a připomíná dlouhou linii kulturních vystoupení v této městské části, počínaje 19. stoletím, a jejich problémy, které se těm současným nemálo podobají. Bakalářská práce se rovněž dotkne problematiky změny právnické formy občanského sdružení ve spolek či ústav s vysvětlením rozdílu podmínek fungování takového spolku či ústavu oproti občanskému sdružení. V práci nebude chybět ani hrubý popis představy, jak by bylo možné divadla tohoto typu v Brně podpořit, včetně možností, které vyvstávají s otevřením Kreativního centra města Brna.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyses surroundings and conditions of operational process and management of the independent theatre group established by graduates of the Theatre Faculty of Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts. The process was analysed on a case study of Divadlo Krajiny. The case study provided a summary of operations and management to the theatre with in one seasonal on with the determination of artistic development. It analyses the surroundings and the history of the place where the theatre was based – in the Old Brno. The thesis also brings up the issue of changes in the Civil Code of Law regarding transformation of non-profit organizations into associations and institutes with explanation of the differences and conditions between the two legal entities. After the analysis of independent theatre it provides a description of funding such theatres, and new possibilities of fading with the opening of Creative Centre in Brno.
