Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnými způsoby místní regulace konzumace alkoholu. Je v ní vymezena právní úprava, na jejímž základě může být konzumace alkoholu regulována, a srovnává užitečnost a potřebnost obou využitelných zákonných zmocnění. Abstract:
This thesis describes possible options for the local regulation of alcohol consumption. It defines a legal framework, based on which can be the consumption of alcoholic beverages regulated, and compares usefulness and inevitability of both types of statutory authorizations.
