Investments in a photovoltaic power plant in terms of three types of investors

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým vyhodnocením různých způsobů připojení a využití fotovoltaických elektráren pro tři odlišné typy investorů. Pro každý typ investora byly na základě případové studie vypočteny modely provozování a využití fotovoltaických elektráren v režimech: prodej vyrobené elektrické energie do sítě a vlastní spotřeba vyrobené elektrické energie s/ bez bateriovým systémem. Jelikož je projekt fotovoltaické elektrárny udržitelný nejméně 20 let bylo provedeno ekonomické hodnocení pro každý model pro každý typ investora. Hodnoceni každé varianty bylo provedeno pomocí statické metody - doby návratnosti a dynamické metody - čisté současné metody investice a indexu ziskovosti. Z výsledků plyne, že nejvhodnější varianta připojení pro investora typu domácnost je fotovoltaická elektrárna s bateriovým systémem, pro veřejnou správu (obec) a obchodní společnost je nejvhodnější varianta připojení přímá spotřeba vyrobené elektrické energie a prodej přebytků do sítě. Nejméně vhodnou variantou pro všechny tři typy investorů je prodej vyrobené elektrické energie přímo do sítě.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic feasibility of different methods of connection and use of photovoltaic power plants for three different types of investors. Based on a case study, models of operation and use of photovoltaic power plants in the following modes were calculated for each type of investor: sale of produced electricity to the network and own consumption of produced electricity with/ without battery system. Because the photovoltaic power plant project is sustainable for at least 20 years, an economic evaluation has been carried out for each model and each type of investor. The evaluation of each variant was performer using the static method of payback period and dynamic method of purely simultaneous investment method and profitability index. The results indicate, that the most suitable connection variant for a household investor is a photovoltaic power plant with a battery system. For public administration and comercial sector, the most suitable connection option is direct consumption of electricity with sell surplus elektricity to the grid. The least suitable option for all three types of investors is the sale of produced electricity directly to the electrical network.
