Military training and defense of the state in Czech schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická se zaměřuje na historii branné výchovy v českém školství a její znovuzavedení do současného vzdělávacího systému. Vymezuje základní pojmy z problematiky branné výchovy, dále se zabývá historií branné výchovy a návratu branné výchovy do současného vzdělávacího systému. Praktická část se věnuje názorům učitelů na znovuzavedení obrany státu do škol. Klade si za cíl bližší poznání skutečného zařazení obrany státu do výuky na základní škole. Pozornost budu věnovat i školním vzdělávacím programům a pokusím se je analyzovat a porovnat.

Abstract:

This thesis consists of two parts. Theoretical part deals with the history of military education in Czech schools and their reintroduction to the current educational system. Thesis defines the basic concepts of the issue of military training, it discusses the history of military training and the return of military training to the current educational system. The practical part deals with the views of teachers on the reintroduction of national defense schools. It attempts to find out the actual inclusion of the military education into the education in primary school. I will devote the attention to the school education programs and I will try to analyze and compare them.
