Abstract:

ANOTACE Autor magisterské diplomové práce: Iva Dörrová Název: Posouzení nerovnováhy životní situace klientů trpících diabetem 1. typu a Huntingtonovou chorobou vůči ostatním klientům trvale umísťovaným v Ústavech sociální péče Počet slov: 20765 Práce se zabývá posouzením nerovnováhy životní situací dvou vybraných skupin těžce zdravotně postižených osob, klientů s diabetem 1. typu a klientů trpících Huntingtonovou chorobou vůči ostatním klientům umístěným v residenčních zařízeních a hledá odpověď na otázku: Jaké výhody a nevýhody z hlediska zvládání životní situace přináší pro klienty trpící DM1 a HD jejich začleňování mezi stávající obyvatele ÚSP z pohledu personálu, klientů samotných a jejich rodin? V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy životní situace těžce zdravotně postiženého občana a s ní související koncept sociálního fungování, koncept resilience, zdraví, tělesná nemoc a její aspekty, dále životní situace klientů s DM1 a HD a posuzování životní situace a reflexivita v sociální práci. Kapitola věnovaná ústavní péči popisuje současný systém ústavních zařízení, rizika a nevýhody této péče a týmovou a mezioborovou spolupráci v této oblasti. Závěr je věnován způsobům práce ve vybraném zařízení. Pro výzkum byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Metodami zvolenými pro tuto případovou studii byly studium dokumentů a polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím získaných poznatků pomoci ke zkvalitnění péče a zlepšení životní situace této cílové skupiny. V závěru práce jsou vedle návrhů metodického řešení této problematiky uvedena i praktická doporučení.

ANNOTATION Author of the thesis: Iva Dörrová Thesis title: An assesment of the disequilibrium in the lives of clients suffering from diabetes mellitus type 1 and Huntington`s disease in relation to the greater stability in the lives of the other persons in the ward of a social care institutions Number of words: 20765 The thesis deals with the assessment of the living conditions of imbalance of two selected groups of severely disabled persons, clients with diabetes type 1 and clients suffering from Huntington's disease, in relation to other clients placed in residential homes and searches for an answer to the question: What are the advantages and disadvantages in terms of coping with the situation brings to clients suffering from DM1 and HD their inclusion among the current residents of social care institution from the perspective of staff, clients and their families? The theoretical part of the thesis defines notions such as living conditions of a severely disabled person and the related concept of social functioning, concept of resilience, health, physical disease and its aspects, further also living conditions of clients with DM1 and HD as well as appraisal of living conditions and reflexivity in social care. Chapter devoted to institutional care describes the current system the constitutional device of the risks and disadvantages of this care and teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration in this area. The conclusion is devoted to the methods of work in the selected device. A qualitative research strategy was used for the research. The methods selected for this case study were study of documents and a semi-struktured dialogue. The aim of this thesis is to contribute by means of acquired knowledge to quality improvement of the care and improvement of the living conditions of this target group. At the end of the thesis are suggestions concerning methodical solution of the problem and also in addition are listed practical recommendations.
