První část se zaměřuje na historický vývoj diktatury a její pozdější rozdělení, na komisařskou diktaturu a suverénní diktatury. This work analyses the concept of dictatorship developed by German political philosopher and theorist Carl Schmitt and the forms of states of emergency. The first part focuses on the historical development of dictatorship and its subsequent division, commissary dictatorship and sovereign dictatorship.
