Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje směnných relací, a jak je ovlivňují změny cen minerálních paliv, především cen ropy a jejich vliv na národohospodářské agregáty a zahraniční obchod v ČR v letech 2005 až 2019. Podle směnných relací můžeme pozorovat, zda je obchod v zahraničí výhodný nebo nevýhodný. Hlavní cíl práce je popsat vývoj cen ropy a jejich vliv na směnné relace a další příčiny, které je ovlivňují a rozbor faktorů ovlivňujících hospodářský růst a zahraniční obchod. Index směnných relací v souhrnu ve sledovaném období nebyl ziskový pro ekonomiku a docházelo u něj k velice volatilnímu vývoji. Nejvíce ovlivňovala souhrn směnných relací, dle standardní mezinárodní obchodní klasifikace SITC, právě zkoumaná skupina SITC 3 Minerální paliva a maziva, dále pak skupina SITC 7 Stroje a dopravní prostředky, která má největší váhu mezi skupinami. Změny cen ve skupině minerálních paliv se odvíjí zejména od vývoje cen ropy na světovém trhu. V letech 2005 až 2019 zažívaly ceny ropy velké výkyvy, především rok 2009, kdy dosahovaly velkého propadu kvůli ekonomické krizi a následně po roce 2014, což ovlivňovalo z velké části klesání cen dovozu do Čech. Dále práce zkoumá příspěvek čistého exportu k hospodářskému růstu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with analysis of the development of terms of trade and how they are affected by changes in the prices of mineral fuels, especially oil and its impact on economic aggregates and foreign trade in Czech Republic between the years 2005 to 2019. According to the terms of trade, we can observe whether trade abroad is advantageous or disadvantageous. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the development of oil prices and their impact on terms of trade and other causes that can affect them and the analysis of factors affecting economic growth and foreign trade. The terms of trade index in total was not profitable for the economy in the period under review and there was a very volatile development. According to the standard international trade classification SITC, examined group SITC 3 Mineral fuels and lubricants, followed by group SITC 7 Machinery and transport equipment, which has the greatest weight among the groups, had the greatest influence. Changes in prices in the group of mineral fuels are mainly derived from the development of oil prices on the world market. Between the years 2005 and 2019 oil prices experienced large fluctuations, especially in 2009, when they sharply fell due to the economic crisis, and subsequently after 2014, which largely affected the decline in import prices to the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the work examines the contribution of net exports to economic growth.
