Práce se věnuje Justiční stráží České republiky, s důrazem na snahu konstruktivně a kriticky, zmapovat současné spektrum činností tohoto tělesa. Pozornost je věnována identifikaci problémů při výkonu služby. Součástí práce i indikativní komparace situace a řešení příslušné problematiky v dalších zemích, zejména v Polsku, na Slovensku a v Rakousku. The thesis are handling with the Judicial Guard of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the effort to constructively and critically map the current spectrum of activities of this body. Attention is paid to the identification of problems in the performance of the service.
