Abstract:
The thesis is dealing with the matter of participants in trial proceedings as a part of the Czech civil procedure. It is composed of introduction, eight parts and English résumé. It brings a complex analyse of the current legal regulation of participants in trial proceedings in the Czech civil procedural law and relevant de lege ferenda proposals.
