Design of Statistical Calibration of Single-Purpose Gauges

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem kalibrace přístroje pro optické měření kontaktního úhlu CAM 200. První - teoretická část této práce popisuje kalibraci jako takovou, principy a teorie kalibrace, dále obsahuje popis statistických metod použitých pro hodnocení dat v praktické části. V této části je také popsána teorie viskozity a úhel smáčivosti. V praktické části je podrobněji popsán přístroj CAM 200, jeho použití kalibrace udávaná výrobcem. Jelikož tento doporučený postup od výrobce mi přišel nedostatečný, v další části jsem navrhla různé přípravky a jejich způsob ověření, pomocí kterých by byla kalibrace účinnější. V závěru je zpracován návrh kalibračního postupu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of calibration of the instrument for optical measurement of contact angle CAM 200. The first - theoretical part of this thesis describes calibration as such, principles and theory of calibration, it also contains description of statistical methods used for data evaluation in the practical part. The theory of viscosity and wettability angle are also described in this section. The practical part describes in more detail the CAM 200, its use by the manufac-turer. Since this recommended procedure from the manufacturer came to me inadequate, in the next section I suggested various products and their way of verification by which the calibration would be more effective. In the conclusion, a proposal of the calibration proce-dure is elaborated.
