Landscape forms of contemporary mass housing complexes

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem krajinářských forem soudobých souborů hromadného bydlení. Teoretická část se věnuje definici použitých pojmů, kontextualizaci samotného zkoumaného tématu a současnému stavu řešené problematiky podle literární rešerše. Součástí je i kritická rešerše, která vedle přístupu tvorby v České republice ještě vytyčuje několik důležitých témat, která by při navrhování v krajinářské architektuře neměla zůstat opomenuta. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny i příklady inspirativních modelových příkladů, které se ve svém řešení zabývají vytyčenými tématy, jak ze zahraničí, tak z České republiky, které jsou stručně popsány a zhodnoceny jejich silné a slabé stránky. Celá teoretická část je uzavřena závěrem, který shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a vyvozená východiska pro samotný návrh. Druhá část práce nese název Návrhová část a zabývá se již konkrétním modelovým územím v Medlánkách. Jsou vypracovány průzkumy, rozbory a analýzy zkoumaného prostoru. Na základě nich a na základě východisek z teoretické části je vytvořena architektonická studie. Návrh je představen textovou částí, s hlavními myšlenkami a tendencemi, a grafickou částí, tvořenou situací, perspektivami, řezopohledy a detaily. Na samém konci práce je diskuze a závěr v podobě stručného shrnutí a definování krajinářských forem soudobých souborů hromadného bydlení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of landscape forms of contemporary mass housing complexes. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the used terms, contextualization of the examined topic and the current state of the topic according to the literature search. It also includes a critical research, which, in addition to the approach of design in the Czech Republic, also outlines several important topics that should not be left out when designing in landscape architecture. The theoretical part also mentions examples of inspiring models that address the outlined topics, both from abroad and from the Czech Republic, which are briefly described and their strengths and weaknesses evaluated. The whole theoretical part is concluded with a conclusion, which summarises the findings and draws conclusions for the proposal itself. The second part of the thesis is called the design part and deals with the specific model area in Medlanky. Surveys, analyses and analyses of the studied area are developed. On the basis of these and the starting points from the theoretical part, an architectural study is created. The design is presented in a textual part, with the main ideas and tendencies, and a graphic part, consisting of the situation, perspectives, section views and details. At the very end of the thesis there is a discussion and conclusion in the form of a brief summary and definition of the landscape forms of contemporary mass housing complexes.
