Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma vyšetřování vražd se zabývá stručným popisem obecného významu vraždy a jejím začleněním do trestního práva. Zprvu je zahrnuta krátká komparace dřívější a současné právní úpravy. Dále práce obsahuje deskripci základních témat souvisejících s tímto tématem, jako je například skutková podstata, osobnost pachatele a oběti, a téma prevence. Stěžejní částí této práce je kapitola, která se zabývá metodikou vyšetřování zvlášť závažného zločinu vraždy, ale i kapitola behaviorální analýzy, která s vyšetřováním velice úzce souvisí. Důvodem výběru těchto témat je ukázat potenciálním čtenářům složitost a obsáhlost postupů a celého vyšetřování tohoto činu. Obsahem práce je též krátké ohlédnutí za statistikami vražd. Na závěr jsou zmíněny projekty zahraničních institucí směřující proti páchání kriminality a zajišťování větší bezpečnosti ve městech, které by mohly sloužit pro Českou republiku jako inspirace.

Abstract:

The thesis on murder investigations deals with a brief description of the general significance of murder and its incorporation into criminal law. At first, short comparisons of earlier and current legislation are included. Furthermore, the thesis contains a description of basic topics related to this subject, such as the merit of this crime, the personality of the offender and the victim, and the topic of prevention. The main part of this thesis is the chapter that deals with the methodology of investigating a particularly serious crime of murder, as well as the chapter of behavioral analysis, which is very closely related to the investigation. The reason for selecting these topics is to show potential readers the complexity and extensiveness of the procedures and the entire investigation of this crime. The content of the thesis is also a brief look back at homicide statistics. Finally, there are mentioned projects by foreign institutions to counter crime and provide better level of security in cities that could serve as an inspiration for the Czech Republic.
