Abstract:

Téma "Příliv zahraniční pracovních sil do ČR a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce očima zaměstnavatele`` je velice zajímavé a pro Ústecký kraj aktuální. V Ústeckém kraji se nachází nejvyšší počet zahraničních pracovníků, hned po Praze a Středočeském kraji. Bakalářská práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, které se týkají cizinců a určitá data o nich. Počet zahraničních pracovníků v ČR se neustále zvyšuje, nepatrně se zvyšuje i počet cizinců, kteří zde pracují jako živnostníci. Naproti tomu nelegální migrace výrazně klesá. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji a na vybrané účetní jednotce jsou ukázány výhody zaměstnávání cizinců - jako jsou velká profesionalita, spolehlivost, nižší mzdové náklady pro zaměstnavatele a hlavně cizinci mají velký zájem o jakoukoliv práci narozdíl od občanů ČR, kteří jsou evidovaní na úřadu práce. Velkou nevýhodou oproti tomu je složitá cesta zaměstnavatele pracovníka ze zahraničí vůbec získat.

Abstract:

The theme of ´Inrush of foreign workforces to Czech rep. and their exercise on the employment market from view of an employer´ is really interesting and also very actual for the Ústí region. This region go with the third highest figure of guest workers (workers from foreign country), after the city of Prague and Středočeský region which go even with higher figures. The Bachelor´s reference includes the definitions of basic ideas, which refers to foreigners and certain data about them. The number of guest workers in Czech rep. is still increasing, and even the number of foreigners, who are working here as sole traders is slightly increasing. In the other hand, the illegal migration is markedly decreasing. The Bachelor´s reference also deals with analysis of the employment market in Usti region and in selected accounting units are showed the main advantages of emploing of foreigners - as the big professionality, fidelity, lower wages. The next advantage is that foreigners are more interested in any kind of work in comparsion to Czech citizens, who are mostly registered to an employment agency. A large disadvantage is the complicated way for employer to acquire worker from abroad.
