Analysis of internal communication of selected healthcare facilities

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje interní komunikaci v rehabilitačních odděleních dvou zdravotnických zařízení. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo identifikovat oblasti pro zlepšení komunikace a navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro zvýšení její efektivity. V souladu s cílem práce byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření s následnou analýzou dat. Na základě těchto výsledků byly následně formulovány doporučení pro optimalizaci interní komunikace. Při podrobné analýze výsledků porovnání Liberecké a Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem nebyly nalezeny statisticky významné rozdíly v několik klíčových oblastech týkajících se interní komunikace. Celkově lze konstatovat, že ve většině případů nebyly nalezeny statisticky významné rozdíly mezi Libereckou a Masarykovou nemocnicí. Tyto výsledky naznačují podobný postoj, vnímání a využívání nástrojů pro interní komunikaci v obou zdravotnických zařízeních.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses internal communication in rehabilitation departments of two health care institutions. The aim of the research investigation was to identify areas for improving communication and to propose specific measures to increase its effectiveness. In line with the aim of the thesis, quantitative research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey followed by data analysis. Based on these results, recommendations for optimizing internal communication were subsequently formulated. A detailed analysis of the results comparing Liberec and Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem found no statistically significant differences in several key areas related to internal communication. Overall, in most cases, no statistically significant differences were found between Liberec and Masaryk Hospital. These results suggest similar attitudes, perceptions and use of internal communication tools in both healthcare facilities.
