Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců mezinárodní automobilové firmy. V teoretické části budou vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy, teorie pracovní spokojenosti a metody zjišťování pracovní spokojenosti. Dále bude popsána charakteristika automobilového průmyslu. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee satisfaction in international automotive company.
